ELECTRIC RODENT

I'm on a mission from God! I'm going to put the band back together. Don't you remember THE ELECTRIC RODENTS. They were big in the late eighties. We played many local garages and backyards. We had 3 songs and we were excellent dude. OK those were the days. Now its fishing and working and surviving. Have you ever caught a rat fish? They be ugly! I have so many things I would like to do if there were only 36 hours in the day. I have a radio control airplane I haven't flown in years. Ever since they took out my airport from mile square park its just to far to fly. Let 2008 be the year of your life! Last year was really tough! I rode thru the Mortgage Meltdown. I didn’t give up and things are really starting to look good for me. My son Ray is the Love of my life. My wife home schools him. This kid is amazing, he is only 10 and he plays piano, reads music and has the Beethoven piece Fur Elise memorized. I really want to get a dog, but I am afraid I don’t have enough time take care of him the way I would like to. I am a real animal lover. I had many dogs when I was younger and always spent a lot of time with them and took very good care of them. I also wish I had more time for my music. I have wrote a few lyrics, and a some riffs, but I would like to make the time to actually finish some songs. I am still amazed by Jim Ladd! He does his radio show and still found the time to create his Headsets album. I fell in love with music very young. One of my neighbors passed off some 45’s to me. Included in this “Devil Music” was the Beatles, Beach Boys and others I can’t remember. That was all it took. I couldn’t afford to buy my own records, but I had the radio. I used to live with my Grandparents because my Mom was killed in a car accident when I was about 3. When I was about 7 after school I would listen to 93KHJ for hours. My love for radio just kept on growing. I’ve been listening to Jim Ladd’s Headsets since it used to be on Radio Chaos (KMET) in the 70’s. This is starting to get too long so let’s wrap with some of my other passions. I’m dreaming of buying a boat so I can do my ocean fishing anywhere I want. I haven’t been snowboarding in a few years but I can shred the half pipe have way decent. I have a classic collection of skateboards from the 70’s and early 80’s. I used to shred all the skate parks back in the day, my most frequent was Skatopia. Let me just mention I just heard a good friend of mine I hadn’t seen in 20 years Ray Rodriguez died not to long ago. I still have my Ray Rodriguez model Powell Peralta Snubnose. They have actually reissued this skateboard but mine is an original sold to me by Ray. I also love cooking and I am thinking about putting a link on hear with some of my favorite recipes. I also used to be a mechanic about 20 years ago, and I am sad that I sold all my old hot rods. My favorite was my 69 Superbee. That’s a Dodge not a VW for some of you that don’t know. I have also been doing my Yoga again this year and I am feeling more energized. I have been doing Yoga off and on for at least 25 years, just like my guitar off and on. I could go on and on but that’s enough and maybe too much. I do need to put a word in for the Tribe. What’s the Tribe you ask?
