About Me
November of 2003, in a small studio in Rio, we did our first rehearsal. We were living together at that time in our own place. Beautiful landscape provided a perfect environment to make music. However, Volta Redonda, our hometown in Rio State was the place where we performed our first concerts, heard the cheers from the crowd and found inspiration.
We started playing our favorite bands songs, but in our personal way, changing the arrangements, adapting melodies and including guitar riffs. Soon we were known for our crazy performances and creative versions of rock n roll classics.
More ripe, disciplined and in harmony, we recorded our first demo Lindo P.. de Frutas Verdes (Beautiful Tree of Green Fruit), in June 2005, with unreleased songs full of pulsation and involving riffs. All of the seven songs on the album were written and composed by Hugo Freitas and Bruno Leal, in a fruitful partnership
In august of the same year, we produced our electronic press kit and started to promote the album. A few days later, the track "Vo Dizer" (They Will Say) received airplay on the radio show A vez do Brazil, in Rio Radio Cidade.
Afterwards, the band took a break from performing so that our bass player could go to the United States to study the recording industry. The other band members stayed in Rio and continued to write, create and compose music.
In July of 2006, we came back together, but with a new drummer. Since then we have performed many concerts, played as opening acts for famous artists, were showcased on a local TV show of Globo Channel, and two of our songs played on the OiFM play list last December. We performed four of our songs on the popular TV show Atitude.com, which is shown all over the country.
