“Old School†rapper known for exhilarating live performances that infuse hip-hop with jazz, reggae, and self-actualizing messages. 6 time NJ champion bodybuilder now fusing hip-hop with cardio weight training. In his own words:
“A man who wants to give back to his community that which was given me in my youth.†I was blessed with a talent for music and started working out to get rid stress that came with music industry success. I began to think about “my body†as an important feature of “my body of work.†Others began comparing me to one of my role-models, Arnold Schwarzenegger, after I started bodybuilding in earnest. As I got more into the body building field, I got out of the music industry, but the longer I stayed away from the music business the more I missed it. That is when I had the idea of combining body-building and rap music. That’s the posse I’m running with now.· Original member of Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit production company;
· Recently authored unreleased hip-hop work “Crankin’ the Steel†in which Cee and a golden gloves boxer trade rap riffs to this muscular party pumping message music;
· Produced hits for Lakeim and the Lost Tribe of Shabazz;
· Produced hit “Watcha Gonna Do†for Queen Latifah and Shabba Ranks that was also the subject of an MTV documentary on the marriage of hip-hop and reggae;
· Produced perennial Black History Month MTV and BET favorite “Black is Back;â€
· Toured Japan with Lakeim and the Lost Tribe of Shabazz;
· First hip-hop act on David Sanborn’s highly acclaimed jazz show Night Music in an electrifying performance that fused the worlds of jazz and hip-hop;

Presently working outta my dungeon but would like to move up to a small chain of youth-oriented gyms. My goal is to focus on teaching kids that the body and mind are fused by the music in all of us; it’s a way of life and culture.Titles: New Jersey State title in 1997,twice in 1999 & 2005, Tri-State title in 2000, and the Garden State in 2004. In 1997, Professional status in weight training was achieved during the NABF (National Amateur Body-Building Finals) in 2002.
