3stripe escaped from a hi-tech trainer manufacturing plant in West Germany in the late 1970s. On the run in Soviet Russia, he became a maverick hacker, eventually working as a double agent for Great Britain during the height of the Cold War.
As tensions eased between the two countries, 3stripe found himself surplus to requirements. So, he turned his talents to music production, customising early synthesizers that were later passed on to a fledgling German group calling themselves Kraftwerk.
When music technology became increasingly computer based in the 1990s, 3stripe shifted tack once again, and eloped to Scotland, dissappearing into the underground club scene of Glasgow, never to be seen again... until...
