The Jerzkids grew up in and around Hightstown NJ, The Jerzkids are 3 best friends that push each other to create only the best product, some would consider them as perfectionists, but if your name is on it, is has to be the highest quality. DJ Dasypha, DJ Spinz, and DJ Gigo make up the Jerzkids. The Jerzkids have made over 50 mixtapes that have spanded over 10 years. Jerzkids have been fortunate to work with artists such as: The Clipse, Memphis Bleek, YZ, Bobbie Fine, Brand Nubian, Royal Flush, to name a few. Jerzkids have also done private parties for celebs such as: Tyson Beckford, OJ Simpson, Dr. Dre & Ed Lover, and playmate Shannon Stewart, etc. We've come so far, from the makeshift dj booth born out of a closet, to ATL to poly with YZ, to holdin down the top night in T-town's hottest nightspot hosted by DJ Juice, and to allllll the record labels we have been blessed to work with. Our memories will never fade, many sleepless nights to put the finishing touches on a mixtape just to hustle to the city to sell them for almost nothing, all to get that buzz and grow the name. these are the things that the average person never gets to hear or see, for every success story there is a struggle. Our struggle continues. To all that read this recognize the time, effort, and dedication that we have put into the dying craft of turntablism. The art of the mixtape, and the state of hip hop in general is an endangered species.
