REAL people who have similar interests, and/or completely different ones... There's absolutely nothing wrong with that--in fact, I encourage it!
The one thing I know about my musical taste, is that it is constantly evolving. The older one gets the more music that there is to appreciate. That being said, I'm a rocker at heart. Bob Seger wrote, "Just like that ol' fashioned Rock 'n Roll. That kinda music just soothes my soul." But there's a huge part of me that likes singer/songwriters and I'm not above stating that James Taylor is one of my all time favorites.Current Favorite:Counting Crows, "New Amsterdam; Live"Recently Purchased: The Refreshments, "Fizzy Fuzzy Big & Buzzy, Anna Nalick, "Wreck of the Day" Pearl Jam, "10" The Black Crowes, "Freak 'n Roll..into the fog" Joe Bonamassa, "A New Day Yesterday Live" Stevie Ray Vaughan, "Greatest Hits" Buckcherry, "15"Currently in my CD wallet: Dave Matthews Band, U2, Train,Counting Crows, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lifehouse, Staind, Velvet Revolver, John Mayer, Santana, Aerosmith, Peter Frampton, Eagles, Boston, Bad Company, Thin Lizzy, Allman Brothers Band, Led Zepplin, Yes, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band
With so many movies in my personal collection, it's hard to know where to start. Let's just say that the biggest part of my collection includes a section I call "Good guys kick ass" (action-adventure). And what collection wouldn't be complete without the entire Star Wars saga? The movie I never get tired of watching: Grosse Pointe Blank.
Who has time for television?? Well, I do like Bill Maher's "Real Time" on HBO--Id Tenendum Verum!! Other than that, it's slim pickin's until the NFL regular season starts again.
I've often wondered, "Why Counting Crows? What is the significance??"--From an English verse (also'A Murder of One') Counting crows-- One for sorrow, two for joy, Three for girls and four for boys, Five for silver, six for gold and Seven for a secret never to be told"Perhaps this secret isn't as big as the mystery of life, but I'll keep looking for the clues anyhow...
