Founders Rembert and Townsend have come together to form an unstoppable organization that embraces like-minded individuals who believe that a strong foundation and a strong social network are two of the finite keys to success.
The mission of 16:8 is to bring forth entrepreneurs, advisers, and leaders of all backgrounds in order to promote collaboration, self-sustainability, and business ownership. 16:8 was born out of the notion that you need to “Work now and rest when you are dead” in that… hard work pays off and that today you are the “residual outcome of what choice you made yesterday.”
Following this premise, you dedicate 16 hours of your 24-hour day to “Da Grind” and the remaining 8 hours you rest… then your 16-hour Grind starts all over again! Each day remembering that perseverance and motivation are your energy supplements.
