The UP FRONT BOIZ have been all linked since birth by the remarkable fact that they are all cousins. Every talented member contributed to the progression of the group thus landing them a position with The WORLD FAMOUS SUPERFRIENDS!! All through the Atlanta area this syndicate of 6 has a strong lasting presence. Their are primarly based on the southside via College Park and Conley Rd. in SouthEast Atlanta. Texas Pete lived in the College Park area for several years but is originaly from Fort Worth, Texas.
There are numerous ways to fall into the perils of thier enviroment but instead of bowing down to their troubles they chose to speak on them & HAVE FUN at the same time; introducing their perspective to the world a lil' differently than their peers in the industry pool.
The group has been making music since their younger years but took it seriously in 2005, following the sudden death of thier Auntie TiTi (R.I.P). They started their music career buying blank cd's at Wal Mart and burining them on a slow laptop and selling them for a specifically low price. The revenue from the cd's as well as the fan base began to blossom. The good music mixed with the ambitions & drive were catching the ears of some very important people (A&R's, Producers and supportive women) however when the cd fell in to the correct hands the group ended up signing with The WORLD FAMOUS SUPERFRIENDS!!/Black Vinyl Ent.
Now they are in the process of creating a Renaissance of good, Southern, thought provoking, gutta music as best as possible...proving "UP FRONT IS THE FUTURE"!!
