"From the Western Hills of Austin Texas comes the dynamic duo who go under the name of Idle Flight with their debut album called The Point of reference ep. It consists of serene piano melodies over glitchy downtempo beats. This album is most properly to be listened to while relaxing on a Rainy Sunday afternoon with a cup of Tea overlooking Green Hillsides.
Tune in, and engage into An Aural Flight of Calm Glitchy Realms."

Idle Flight began in the Summer of 2005 when Travis Malone released the 'Towering Above EP' under the alias "Idleflight" on 20kbps Records. This was his first attempt at electronic music, and is extremely evident. He followed this release with a two track scape/ambient techno EP entitled "Songs for Gligario [Mvmnts I & II]".
Malone then teamed up with Wayne Zingery and Zachary Stevens to form Fourth For Action, which was a project aimed at combining rock and ambient music to no avail.
Following the release of the "Mediocrity Game EP", and the disbandment of Fourth For Action, Malone presented Zingery with the idea of collaborating in order to form what was - in thier minds - the most beautiful music they could.
The duo hit the studio for 6 months and churned out more music than they knew what to do with, only 5 of the tracks making up thier debut EP entitled "Point Of Reference" which was released on LacedMilk Technologies in Janurary of 2007.
The band scheduled to release thier second collaborative effort entitled "What's So Good About Design?" both online and in pressed 7'' hard copies.
