About Me

Sabeo started djing in the early 90s. His early influences range from the synth-pop groups of the 80s to the hot mix 5 house djs playing the street mix on BMX radio in Chicago. 1998 proved to be a pivotal year for Sabeo, as he and his good friend, Dj and Producer Mike Wade embarked on a tour of Europe for Kne-Deep records playing in all of the biggest clubs. Once back in the US, Sabeo's new found love for underground Electronic Music/ Noncommercial Techno, gave him the drive to continued his studies at Columbia College entering the recording and electronics program. In 2001 Sabeo and Mike returned to Europe (Berlin) to promote Archetype Records, a Techno label out of the Windy city featuring Mike Wade. The label was owned and operated by Koncept Music; unfortunately the label was short-lived due to distribution reasons. Once Sabeo returned from Berlin, he dedicated his time playing techno clubs across Chicago and building his recording studio. These days Sabeo is trying to spend much of his free time in the studio producing music.
