I guess I should finally get around to putting something in this space. So, here goes......I'm originally from Virginia, but for the most part I grew up in Cadillac, MI. Grew up as a "cop's daughter", which was interesting at best. One good thing though, I met my husband that way since his band (ACEZ) played several gigs for DARE.After high school and some college, we moved to Nashville, TN for Michael's band FATE. Things were going well for the band, they played some high profile gigs, recorded a CD, but ultimately would break up just when things looked promising- but I'm not bitter! Since the band broke up, we decided to move back to Cadillac to be with our friends and family, so in 2005, we came home.We had been engaged for a little while and knew that we wanted to get married in MI, so once we moved home we started planning and finally got married in 2006. Everything was perfect and Michael created a version of the wedding march on guitar for me, so sweet.My day-to-day life includes working for Cigna Healthcare as a Senior Business Analyst. I am very fortunate that I am able to work from home and only work Monday through Thursday, 10 hours a day. I have my home office set up and just roll out of bed everyday for work, no traffic, no dress clothes, no nothing. I love it! (I know, don't hate me!)When not working, I love to garden, both flowers and vegetables. If I am not doing that I am probably making something crafty or finding something in the house to remodel. And, if I weren't already trying to cram enough into my day, I am working on my Master's degree in Finance/Accounting. (I'm ok with being the sugar mama.)And, of course I love animals. My favorite being ferrets. I only have 4 right now, but have had as many as 10. They are so cute and fun. If you have not experienced one, do check them out. We also have a couple of cats. One I found in Nashville (Franklin actually)in a parking lot as a kitten and the other Michael got me for my birthday last year. They are hilarious. I would love to have more pets, but this is fine for now.
