I’m Ashley
I am awesome. That’s all there is to that. If you don’t know me I feel sorry for you because you’re missing out on life.
I currently do not attend college for the simple reason being I can’t afford it. The college I attended before will not allow me access to MY transcripts until I pay them off. I’m working and saving money for many of things. School being the reason I had to get a job in the first place. I am a banquet server/waitress/bartender and also work at daycares. I’m currently looking at colleges to select the one I wish to attend for a bachelor’s degree and then continue on to get my degree to become a Radiologist. I was going to become a teacher but to simply put it I said “Fuck That.†So, I’m going with my true passion and I can’t wait to become a part of the medical field.
March 7, 2007, I lost my beloved B-E-A-Utiful, chubby, precious dachsund, Queenie. She was more than a pet - she was my best friend. I had her since I was 4 years old and I can't remember a day without her. When she died a part of my heart did as well. I miss her dearly and not a day goes by where I don't think about her.
Besides that…
I’m an easy going person and I don’t start or have the need for unnecessary conflict in my life. Drama is something I can not stand and if you’re starting it I don’t need to be around you. I’m an honest person and I do not tolerate liars. I’m pretty open minded and always up for a good debate or chat just so I can see and understand your point of view better. My family & friends are very important to me and nothing comes between myself or any of them. I do a lot of charity and volunteer work to help out the people who are less fortunate or just need a little extra help at the point in their lives. Optimism is something I’m big on, but I have no problem admitting that I get down every so often myself. With anyone really I can be a smart ass. I can take a joke and not get pissed off about it. I’m not a materialistic and can’t stand people who are. I value the amount of time I spend with someone, not the amount of money they spend. I can be extremely random. If something pops up in my mind - next thing you know I’m either talking or asking about it. I would say I’m more of a home body than going out. I do enjoy going out - yes - but even then I would rather be out hanging at a friends house then at a club with a bunch of sweaty people I don’t even know rubbing all against me. I don’t know where they’ve been. Oh! I’m also a germ freak (I know right and look at my job - contradiction - I know).
