Hi everybody! (*background* Hi Dr. Nick!) Whoa, that was weird.
A friend asked me one time, "hey man, you wanna go to a Smokies' game?". I looked at him and said, "no thanks I have better things to do." Apparently he didn't understand. He asked me what was better than going to a Smokies' game. I simply looked at him and replied, "Wellllll, I could dig my constipated dog's butt out with a spoon, or I could clean my bathroom floor with my tongue, or I could dig up my neighbor's grass while he wasn't home so when he got back he would say, 'hmm..that's funny, I had grass when I left'. Pick one of those." I'm not a baseball fan. I'm tired of people saying that baseball is the great American sport. Come on. You can't honestly think that. Cheerleading is a better sport than baseball. I mean, think about it. A bunch of girls in those little cheerleading outfits dancing austintatiously, what's more American that? Baseball sure as heck isn't. I'd rather throw a girl in the air than try to hit a ball flying at me at 100+ mph with a little wooden stick anyday. Not only is it coming at you that fast, but it curves, and sinks, and spins in funky ways that cause it to shoot in all sorts of directions, making it impossible to predict where it's going. Who watches it anyway? The only thing baseball is good for is sunflower seed sales. And seriously, sunflower seeds aren't even that good. I mean, if you have to have something in your mouth, why not chew on a Gobstopper? Honestly, why not have something tasty while you're playing such a dull sport. Baseball is like a nerd with an overactive growth plate. It's long, boring, and doesn't involve a lot of scoring.
Sorry, that was an unnecessary comedy sketch. Hopefully, if you got anything from it, you understand now that I'm an easy going guy who enjoys humor. My name is Aaron. I try to love everything like God wants, but it's not so easy all the time. I love to make people smile. That's normally what I work on everyday. I am currently enrolled at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where I plan on majoring in Journalism and Electronic Media and someday work for ESPN as a sports analyst of some kind. I work at a country music radio station, WECO, here in Wartburg. That's somewhat ironic because I'm anything but a country music fan. I have a beautiful wonderful girlfriend named Kelli. If you have any questions to or about her, she can probably do a better job answering them than me, so go down to my friends list...she's # 1, not only in my heart, but on my friends list as well. Well, if you have any questions pertaining to anything not discussed right here, then you can message me. I enjoy getting messages from people that aren't trying to advertise for pornographic websites :).

Graduation speech!!

I'd like to meet:

God, Albert Einstein, Adam Sandler, Lil Bush, Johnny Depp, my future children, Fred Thompson, Peyton Manning, Jim Carrey, and Dave Chappelle.

Music:

Audioslave :(, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Incubus, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Journey, Reo Speedwagon, Eminem, my boy Skwirl, Linkin Park, Chris Cornell, Evanescence, and many many more. Mostly I always listen to rock. I like SOME rap.

Movies:

A good comedy, action, or horror flick is great with me. I really prefer 90's and up though. Those older movie's tend to get cheesy.

Television:

Family Guy, the Daily Show with Jon Stewert, The Colbert Report, Everybody Loves Raymond, Fresh Prince, Spongebob, and King of the Hill.

Heroes:

I really have two heroes. My first Hero is a fictional character. Mr. Deeds. I really loved the way that Mr. Deeds acted towards everything and portrayed life. He had an amazing outlook and acted so unselfishly. Ever since I saw that movie I wanted to be like that. My second hero, which is actually my number one hero, is my dad. My dad isn't the nicest person, he's not the most morally correct person, but he cares more than anyone I've ever seen. My dad would give up everything so that me and my sister could have everything. He's had to sacrifice so much for us, and he's done it. He's always been there for us when we need him, and he's got the leadership qualities that I hope to have one day as a father. If I'm half the father he is I'll be proud.

What Is Success???

For years, I have stood at the threshold of adversity and leant a hand to others to help them across.  I've fought my battles and stood alongside others as they struggled with their own.  Th...

My lifetime of friends

It's been a long and crazy road so far.  I shouldn't be looking back, because looking back prevents moving forward, but right now, I think it's good to look back at certain things.  We alone...
