Me and John

Me and John formed in the deepest coldest part of the winter of 2006 in John's bedroom in the Christiana Towers. The cold winter air, the bright moonlight, and the "beautiful greenery" may have had something to do with the bands beggining. After writing for months and months, the band grew into the most famous emo band the world had ever seen, and legions of college chicks were throwing panties and bras on stage at every show in all 62 countries they had the privelage of touring. The members decided that this kind of behavior could not be handled any longer, the boys had just grown tired of the rock star lifestyle, they had become burnt out on booze, drugs, and tons of promiscuous sex. The boys thus decided to try and play to a more mature audience. This led to the band sticking to playing mostly dorm rooms and friday night drinking events as opposed to the arenas they had grown so accustomed to. Some of the members became fed up with this, and began to miss the life they had grown to know of peddling stolen wooden tribal statue carvings with 'Cancuun' enscribed upon the base outside popular ancient Myan ruins thirty-five miles north, and decided to leave the band. Sadly, those two members were mauled by pandas when they decided to visit the Philadelphia zoo a few months later. The remaining two members of the band, guitarists/main songwriters John Dressler and David Rushman knew they had to push on....and that brings us to today, when the now two piece band is rocking as hard as ever, and still getting some well deserved attention from everyone in the West Tower. Yes. But wait, that's not today...that was like three months ago, soo that brings us to today, where the still two piece band is rocking..occasionally as hard as ever.
