I am the same person from way back except that now I have a little bit more Attitude!! So watch what you say... ha, ha, ha!! I have a very different style and I like a variety of things. I love to talk ,laugh, and just chill out. I love goin' out and I like to stay home. It depends... I just love to live life! Right now, I have a really special man in my life, and he has been there for me for 2 years. My best friend and boyfriend, Theo. XOXOLet's see... where to start- I love to shop, I like to read, decorate, talk, laugh, and vocally express my opinion! I am also an ESPN fanatic!! I LOVE sports and try my best to fit it in during some point in my day!! I love to entertain- when I can. Right now- I'm tryin' my hand at this do-it-yourself thing, and I think that I am pretty handy! I am also tryin' to improve on my cooking skills with the help of my boyfriend- who is really being patient with me! ha, ha ,ha
Oprah- she is a very strong and articulate woman and Bill Clinton- because it would be sooo kewl to meet him. Plus he also played the sax like i used to. -ha, ha! He seems to be totally down to earth and easy to talk to!!
In general-I love music!! I have an eclectic preference that covers all genres when it comes to music. I love R&B, neo-soul, hip- hop, rap, jazz, ambient, fusion, house, island, just anything that sounds good. I also dig some alternative bands and older rock bands. To me, good music is good music- no matter what style it is...
Lately, I have been really interested in some Sci-Fi movies. But I love Action and Comedy movies. I don't do "girly" movies too much, but I have watched a few. I am and will always be an Indiana Jones fan!! I have also been into classic movies... movies that were made in the 50's- that feature actors like Audrey Hepburn, Liz Talyor, Yul Bryner, Joan Crawford, Rock Hudson, etc. I loved the way the women dressed and how they carried themselves. The parties they had on those movies were too kewl! Some of my favorites are An Affair to Remember, Roman Holiday, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Mildred Pierce... Eighties movies are great as well... ya know, Goonies, Adventures in Babysitting, License to Drive, Beat Street, Purple Rain...By The Way.... An old movie, but a good one- The Warriors!!!
I can say one thing about TV- too many reality TV shows!!! However, I do like comedy specials. I also watch ESPN quite a bit.
I read and support black authors, such as Eric Jerome Dickey, Marcus Majors, and Toni Morrison. I also like books by Anne Rice and Stephen King- just whatever interests me at the time. I just enjoy reading different kinds of fiction. I always keep magazines with me as well...
My Family and my boyfriend....My family because we are tight- knit. I admire my mom and dad. They work hard but they always manage to take the time to teach us something or just have a lil' bit of fun! That's Ken and Bobbie! My sisters Wendi and Tiffany- the 3 of us are an army, we can back each other up. Then there's Bubba- my brother, who is a tremendous athlete and comedian, who's not afraid to get the party started!! Then there is my man- he will do anything for me (if I asked him to)! He is my other half- which is really kewl to find someone like that! He teaches me a lot!
