I've already met and married the love of my life. I'd like to meet some of the people that I've made friends with over the net. I'd also like to meet old friends that I went to school and/or church with. As far as celebrities, I'd like to meet Jennifer Garner, Tom Hanks, Adrien Brody and Will Ferrell. But most of all, I'd like to meet Jesus, to personally thank Him for what He did for me and mankind.

POSITIVE music is a must nowadays!! Christian Rock, Southern Gospel, or anything uplifting to the spirit!
Some of my favorites are O Brother Where Art Thou?, The Departed, Facing the Giants, Napoleon Dynamite, Pan's Labyrinth, Apocalypto, Manhunter, AIRPLANE!, Dumb and Dumber, The Goonies, Halloween, Adaptation, Signs, Twister, The Notebook, Office Space, BORAT, Brotherhood of the Wolf, and ANY of Tyler Perry's "Madea" movies. I have waaaaay too many favorites to list on here.
I am a devout fan Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel and I like just about every other show on Discovery such as Myth Busters, Man vs Wild, Survivor Man, and Planet Earth. I also make time to watch LOST, COPS, and CSI.
The Holy Bible. I also like reading true crime and crime fiction. Within the past year, I've started reading (and writing some) poetry.
Jesus Christ, first and foremost. No matter what bad things I've done in my life, He paid my debts with His blood and just for that alone I owe Him my life. Also, my maternal grandparents. My grandfather was patient and kind. We spent alot of time together, sitting under the chinaberry tree, widdling wood, talking about different things in life. He and I were most alike. He passed away in March of 1998. I miss him each and every day. My grandmother was generous as well as a spitfire!! I loved her so much. She would have done anything for her grandkids - and she did. I remember many Sunday mornings waking up to the smell of a big breakfast cooking in the kitchen. She was a prime example of a virtuous woman. She passed away in July 2005 and not a day goes by that I don't think of her. I can't imagine what my life would have been like if they were not a part of it. I am forever grateful for what they have taught me and the values they have instilled in me. I am who I am because of them. I love you Papa and Granny Peavy! Last but certainly not least, the men and women overseas, in the war, who are fighting for our country. May God bless them all, and may they return home, safe and sound, to their families.
THIS CANDLE WILL BURN BRIGHT, UNTIL YOUR SAFE RETURN HOME.
