"Life is a song; you play it, you write it."Sarah began doing both at a very early age. At age seven, Sarah began taking piano lessons and within months was writing melodies. She excelled quickly at piano and began playing in school talent shows and local events. By the age of 12, she was also learning the flute and later the violin. Sarah played the piano at charity events during high school that hosted Willard Scott, Daniel Wallace, Elizabeth Stroud and William Hoffman. She played accompamiment for the church childrens choir and sang solos during services. At the age of 16, she began taking voice lessons and developing her voice and style. She began school as a double major - Voice and Piano: Composition and Performance. It was there she realized the style and shade of music she craved, was not taught. Steering away from her classical training, Sarah began dabbling in serious songwriting and performing. For the next few years, Sarah searched for her own unique voice and style. This search lead her to expand her horizons to the guitar. And . . . click click click there's no place like home there's no place like home there's no place like home!
