ABOUT ME: hmmm, My name is Heidi (obviously:). I joined the Army right after highschool. I figured I would get in less trouble that way:) I guess I was right. I love and respect the Army, some people call me brainwashed, but I don't care. I truly believe the Army is what you make of it, if you think it sucks then it will, but if you have a positive attitude then it will be positive. I think of it as this is what I choose to do and I like to put my best foot forward in the things I do, so I guess even if I didnt like the Army I would still try my hardest because thats the way I am. I also have a son, he's 5. Its kinda crazy because I NEVER wanted kids and I'm probably the last person anyone would expect to have a kid but I do and I consider myself very lucky for that. He means the world to me, he looks like his Dad but he ACTS JUST like me:) lucky little munchkin:) I was married for 3 years, but it just wasnt meant to be. I think the Army has a huge impact towards marriages that way, but I guess if you love someone enough (or if they love you enough,in my case) you can make it work! That was definately a learning experience for me, a good one but not in a good way. So as you can see I'm NOT on Myspace to meet a man, just friends, mainly old friends. So thats about me; my son and the Army. Those are my two focuses in life.
