About Me
This is a way hard question to answer so I'll try my best. I am a proud father of the most beautiful little girl in the world, and her name is Ryan. I am also a devoted husband to my beautiful wife Allison. My love and passion in the world is music and spirituality. To some extent they both intertwine with each other. I come from an extremely large family, my grandmother to whom raised me, had 18 childeren. Most of the boys and some of the girls played music . Some actually played music professionaly. So the musician makes up most of my personality. My main instrument is the electric bass, I look at players like Jaco, Victor Wooten, Wilber Bascomb, Billy Cox, George Porter Jr. and Bootsy Collins as inspiration for the mighty 4 string. I have played in several bands since starting out on guitar at the age of 14. My first band was called Harbinger Dawn, then came Oscar, I eventually went on to play bass with Zed, and Alpha Zulu. I was also in a very popular 80's cover band called The Throwbacks. As for right now I am home writing songs with friends. My other passion is spirituality and the study of metaphysics. I am in complete awe of a writer named Paramahansa Yogananda. His writings have challenged and inspired my whole being. Made me look at the world and myself in a completely different way. Through the study of Yogananda I went on to discover great teachers like Ramakrishna, Krishna, Ramana Maharshi, Babaji, Lahiri Mahasaya, Sri. Yukteswar, and the beautiful scriptures of the Bhagavad Gita. I am also very interested in the disiplines of Yoga. That's all I can think of right now
