About Me

Hey, I signed up for this a while ago and totally forgot about it until my friend reminded me about it, so I guess it's about time to add some stuff to it. My name is Chad. I work for the Student Union at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, enjoying the good times and great people that this university has to offer. This will be my last year up north, and then who knows? It's time to move on, and I don't know if that means moving back down to Southern Ontario to find a job, or going overseas or what. I have no idea.I spend a lot of time working because there are always things to be done. I enjoy playing poker with the boys, climbing, golfing, playing pool and relaxing whenever I can get the chance. I just got back from the Valley International Championships of Pool in Las Vegas. That was fun! That was my first real vacation ever.I recently bought a Cajon and will shortly be getting a piano...might take a stab at making some money on the side playing local bars with a couple good friends of mine. I'll write more later when I read what other people write and figure out what the hell it is I'm suppose to put in this space. Cheers!

My Interests

hockey, golf, climbing, baseball, pool, poker, movies, music, etc

I'd like to meet:

cool people with similar interests and get in touch with friends I've lost contact with

Music:

wow...to numerous. I host a radio show on LU Radio Monday nights from 6-8pm EST (www.luradio.ca). Listen to that and you'll have some idea.If you get a chance, check out Nine Mile. They're amazing.

Movies:

I'm big into movies...I like almost anything. The movie I have watched the most, hands down, is Super Troopers thanks to the boys in the Bay.

Television:

I don't get the chance to watch too much anymore. I like the Family Guy when I catch it. I don't have any shows that I need to watch

Books:

I love books. I try to read one a week. My new all-time favorite is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. If you haven't read it, read it. Even if you saw the movie and didn't like it, read the book.
