Phil and Lucinda Dooley are the Youth Pastors of Hillsong Youth and have been in this role since 1996. Responsibilities include overseeing all three age groups on both City and Hills campuses, pastorally taking care of the youth within those age groups as well as the Age Group Pastors and constantly working on strategies to encourage growth and stability in all programs. Phil and Lucinda are both fresh, dynamic speakers with a passion to see young people find Christ, reach their full potential and to build the church! Phil loves surfing and watching the Manly Sea Eagles win the footy (rugby). He is currently training to be a cagefighter. Lucinda enjoys nothing more than a good skinny latte and shopping.
