Ok well when someone walks into my place they will quickly notice that I have allot of cook books and 2 bibles HAHAH not the real kind just the bread bible and the bible very important to have on ones shelves. I also enjoy books about the society we live in as well as art and travel books. These days I read mainly magazines....Cooks Illustrated, Pastry Art and Design, The Chocolatier, Savor.
