I mostly prefer quiet times, ideally among small groups of close friends and I treasure having time to myself. I'm quite IT-literate and am interested in anything mechanical and also very much into history (especially modern) in my own specific way. Beyond that, I like watching DVDs (films, documentaries and some sitcoms), reading, listening to a huge variety of music, walking in the hills, swimming, writing, eating (although I'm a terrible cook) and I'd love to try a whole myriad of other things like sailing, farming and much, much more... My favourite thing at the moment is to escape into the night and explore the furthest reaches of the UK in the silence and tranquility that only the quietest hours of the night can offer!

Lots! A huge variety, old and new, but nothing TOO heavy!
Most but not horror (far too predictable) and nothing soppy. A great fan of comedy and in particular Adam Sandler films.
Comedies, old and new; detective series like Dalziel & Pascoe, Midsomer Murders, Morse, Touch of Frost...; documentaries...
Great fan of John Grisham books. I'll read anything interesting apart from that - always open to new ideas.
