See Favourite Music. Though...if you are, for some reason, a homophobic assh*le, go see Brokeback Mountain. Fucking brilliance. And hey...even if you don't enjoy an intelligent, well-made movie with two powerhouse performances...you can forever be scarred by two dudes making sweaty man-love ;) (Oh, this should be where I make a "But I'm a straight guy and I love chicks" sorta clarification...but fu*k you...I can't bother )

American Gods, Neverwhere, Stardust, Smoke and Mirrors (Neil Gaiman is a fu*king GOD) Eragon, Eldest (hurry up and finish the trilogy, Paolini you lazy bastard) Anil's Ghost and of course that ever-loving soft spot for all things Potter. Oh yeah...and comic books are the life-blood of the soul.

My parents...flat out, no contest. My dad for working his ass off to support his family and showing me how a husband is supposed to treat his wife and a father is supposed to treat his kids. My mum for going through the hell of raising two ass-head sons and a daughter and doing it right and all the while showing me that being a strong woman is independent of being a femi-nazi.
