I've given up on learning guitar..I'm a singer with useless finger-appendages. I like teh following bands: AFI, Billy Talent, The Used, My Chemical Romance, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Fallout Boy, Weezer, The Gorillaz, White Zombie, The Hush Sound, Say Anything, The Dresden Dolls, Panic! at the Disco, The Distillers, The Plain White Tee's & Beethoven. I am crossing my fingers for our band, Press Select, to actually take off. It didn't.
I like movies if they're done well. A case of a poorly done movie: Spider-man 3. Anyone can put together that the phrases "Spider-man" and "the third one" can't possibly be a good movie. Books are better
I'm currently struggling between liking TV and realizing that it's that friend who invites you over for something promising and you go even though you don't like the friend because they always act in the same annoying way.
Here is a list of books I like : Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series, Robert Carrol's "White Apples", "Vernon God Little" by DBC Pierre, Laurie Halse Anderson's "Speak", All Quiet on the Western Front, Hard Times, The Sun Also Rises, Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" series, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, & The Chronicles of Narnia series(of which my favorite is "The Horse and his Boy").
