Killeen Daily HeraldA Killeen man was arrested when he was found him asleep at the wheel of a running vehicle with cocaine on his nose Sunday, police said.Hamilton Lee Bell, 29, of Killeen, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) weighing more 1 gram. Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke set his bond at $20,000.Killeen police responded to a welfare call about a disabled vehicle along 38th Street on Sunday.
