BLISTERS!!!!!! It's actually just one big one, but it still sucks...

About Me

Well what can I say. It was time for a change in the About Me section of my Myspace...
Where to begin. Well I guess you already know pretty much everything about me from what I had written here before. So there really isn't much to say.
To sum things up, I was born in Saint Louis, continue to reside here and plan on staying here for at least another few years.
My parents own a restaurant and have owned one since I was born. I've been working for them for most of my life, but have finally escaped that. Anyone who's parents own a restaurant and have worked for them knows what I mean...
I do have a real job as an engineer and I'm back in school for my masters in business... Not sure why yet, but I do everything for a reason. I just don't find out what that reason is until later...
I don't like to sleep a whole lot. I think I could be doing better things... Unfortunately my body doesn't agree with what I think, so it forces me to get at least 7 hours a night.
I guess I run a lot. I like doing marathons, they aren't as hard as everyone thinks they are and I think just about anyone can do one if they tried. I would definitely tell anyone to run at least one, it's worth the effort and time.
I also like to ride my bicycle. I've done a lot of century rides and I hope this summer I can get into racing. Although I have a long way to go to keep up with the big boys... I've decided that road biking is better for me, since my mountain bike has put more scars on my legs than anything else.
Oh, and I'm a little crazy...
That's about it...
Okay, so evidently that wasn't it... A friend of mine reminded me of something very important in my life. Something that I spend more time thinking about than I spend time sleeping. No, not a girlfriend... Food... I like to eat.
I would eat constantly if my budget allowed it. I like to eat just about anything, as long as someone else eats it somewhere, with the exception of insects... I also like to cook. I won't spend a lot of time preparing dinner for myself, but if I have people over I'll make something nice for them.
So food, yeah I like it...

Rome - Day 1

The flight from Paris-Beauvais to Rome-Ciampino was about 45 minutes late, but I guess that's about par for the course in regards to Ryan Air.  The plane ride itself bordered on chaotic, if not c...
