Louie Weber (Senior Pastor/Founder, Oasis-Wauseon & President/Founder of OasNet, Inc.)**Louie Weber grew up in Wauseon, OH where he became a follower of Jesus in June of 1981, two weeks after graduating high school. In the fall of 1981 he entered Kentucky Christian University where he met his wife, Robyn. Upon graduation from KCU in 1985, Louie accepted a full academic scholarship in Bible and Communication from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX.**After their wedding on June 15, 1985, he and Robyn moved to Abilene where Louie completed his M.A. in Human Communication in 1987. He accepted the position of Professor of Communication at Kentucky Christian University in the fall of 1987. In 1994 Louie finished all classroom work for a Ph.D. in Interpersonal Curriculum & Instruction at Ohio University in Athens, OH. His educational status at Ohio University is A.S.S., no kidding: Advanced Standing Student with those official initials.**Louie and Robyn were at KCU in Grayson, KY for 7 years. During that time Louie taught communication and preaching, was Treasurer for KCU Alumni Assoc., traveled extensively as a speaker for youth conferences and conventions, directed KCU’s summer youth conference (Summer In The Son), developed discipleship groups for students at KCU and worked with his family’s businesses in Wauseon during the summer.**Following a 2 year process of God’s call, he and Robyn moved back to Wauseon, OH in 1994 to plant a church. Oasis-Wauseon had its first worship service on May 7, 1995. Since 1995, Oasis Christian Fellowship has been involved in church planting across Ohio, Indiana and Kenya, Africa. In 2002, Oasis Christian Fellowship established OasNet (Oasis Network of Churches) to oversee church plants and MTS (Ministry Training School) to equip and oversee leadership in the Body of Christ. In 2003/2004 OasNet also started Oasis Publishing Group and Oasis Music Group.**From Fall of 1999 through Spring of 2003, Louie was Professor of Preaching and Ministry at Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing, MI. He has been the Senior Pastor of Oasis-Wauseon since its inception in 1995; Apostolic Overseer of Oasis Network of Churches and Executive Director of Ministry Training School (MTS) since its inception in 2002.**Louie & Robyn have a daughter, Jazzi; a son, Brody Paul and a very excitable German Short-haired Pointer named Zeke.
