what happened to the days when people were polite. everyone was your best friend. getting hurt was just tripping on your shoelace. hearts couldn't be broken because you made them out of playdough. and you thought life was like a disney movie.
those were the days i actually had reasons to wake up in the morning.
my name is sarah murphy which technically means princess potato, but most people shorten it to 'smurf. i'd like longer legs and smaller hips but everyone's beautiful in one way or another. i have an ace boyfriend, a great handful of friends and a decent family. i can't really complain, i reckon life has been pretty kind to me so far. i practically live on carbohydrates and cups of tetley tea each day. i'm generally a chirpy person and i like to make people laugh. i don't think my personality is up to standard these days and i want it to change. i'm happy with the meaningful & memorable things in life and i rarely listen to my conscience. i'm a romanticist with a good choice of vocabulary running through my veins. i draw lots of pictures and take lots of photographs in my spare time. imagination is what makes a person unique and i rely on mine to help me out everyday. i don't have any real ambitions in life and therefore i have nothing to work towards so i'm just going with the flow and seeing where i end up. i want to travel as i don't see the point of staying in one place for too long and there's plenty of beautiful things in this world that i haven't seen yet. i want to actually make something of my life, i just need a little push in the right direction. i need to learn to be grateful for all the things that i do have rather than moaning about what i don't. and that pretty much sums me up.
