SMP's music is a mixture of Dancehall, Reggae, and Hip-Hop... THE BEST OF ALL WORLDS. Being multi-talented, he not only records, but also writes, mixes, and produces his own music.
SMP was born in the Parish of St. James, Jamaica in the city of Montego Bay. He lived in Catherine Hall, Salt Spring, and Cascade, Hanover. Attended Barracks Road Primary school, and then Cornwall College where he played football (soccer if you in the USA), basketball, and ran track/cross country.
After living in Jamaica for 17 years, he then moved to the United States where he resided in Virginia. He is currently living in Atlanta, Georgia and is looking forward to influencing the World with the UNIQUE SOUND and STYLE of his MUSIC.
