About Me

I didn't have the privilege of taking this spectacular photo...But I will get my chance.
I have a love of the unusual: not the sub-culture "Officer-we-had-no-idea!" type, but the "Wow, that's different and interesting" kind.
I'm charming but I'm tough; I'm kind but I'm picky; I'm open minded but I don't respect those whom don't stand up for others.
I believe that perfume/cologne is necessary to wear no matter what the day has in store for you as long as you didn't bathe in it; that there is a strong connection between people whom have personalized license plates and douchebags; that the media has no idea how to choose role models for anyone; that music is absolutely necessary for living; that women's hair isn't supposed to be perfect and unmoveable; that confidence is just as big of a virtue as patience and just as hard to obtain; that politics are important to know but even more important to change; that laughing at mistakes is a bigger deal than crying because of them; that no one is judging you as harshly as you are.
I call every one I meet by a term of endearment, so if I say "Dear" "Hun" "Darlin'" just know I save the best for my loved ones.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I enjoy the friendship of the preppies, mimes, punks, skaters, strippers, mothers and fathers, emo kids, metalheads, college kids, military brats, beauty queens, scene kids, and all the rest in between. However, if you can't act in an appropriate or respectful manner, I am not interested in getting to know you. Call it what you like but I call it self-respect.

Also, if you have a pension for whining, or are in desperate need of attention and ass-kissing, don't press the "Add Friend" button.

In other words: NO MYSPACE CELEBRITIES!
Explorers and fellow adventurers are always welcome.

Artists to my mind are the real architects of change, and not the political legislators who implement change after the fact.

this is more for me than for you.

You Matter.

Sometimes I have a bad habit of sticking my foot so far down my throat that it tends to get stuck -- and stays stuck for a good long while. This is sort of specific. Sort of general. You matter. I'm s...

Ladies? A word.

Well. Several words. Since I've had to throughly examine situations through an outsider perspective lately (but am completely guilty of doing this myself in the past), I've decided to make a bit of a ...
