I once had a job as a courier, which meant i did nothing all day but sit in the car and drive letters between attorney's offices. With the exception of my current position, it was the greatest job I ever had! I spent all day driving around in a car with no air conditioning and a busted transmission listening to music on a boom box the size of a beer cooler. Depending on my mood and general state, the soundtrack would veer wildly. You've never seen a bear bolt faster then on hearing Ozzy's "Crazy Train." Secretly, i think they loved it, because they'd always wander back eventually. At the end of each day, after the rounds were through and the sun had set, I'd sit around and wonder if life could get any better. It has in some ways. I;m living my dream, but sometimes when i hear a certain Joe Strummer tune, I recall that feeling of driving around on a Saturday night with the window down and nowhere to be 'til morning.
