NYNTH HOUR

About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorForged and founded in California's infamous Inland Empire nearly three years ago, Nynth Hour has come a long way! At one time called "Special Ed" and with a soft rock genre, original members Jesse Coleman and Noah Loveridge sought to expand the band's style and reach out to new fans. They soon met with front man Verno Masongsong from local Pantera style band called "Shaded Thought". Verno was asked to audition, then joined the band in the summer of '03. His powerful lungs and growl like voice gave the band the harder edge they needed. However something was still missing...
Special Ed had lost their drummer shortly after adding Verno to the mix, and never had a second guitarist, which they desperately felt was needed. Auditions were held for months but to no avail. Then one evening out, singing karaoke, Verno was approached by Steve Renteria and Jack Heskett, who had small success in the local scene with bands like "Sneak Preview", "Washout", and "NOnD". Looking to start a new and original band, Verno asked the both of them to audition for Special Ed. As it turned out, Steve and Jack showed up almost three hours late to their audition!! The band, as we know it, almost never happened!
From there, the rest is history. Steve and Jack were quickly asked to join the band after an awesome audition. The band then made the decision to change their name to "Ninth Hour". Which was later changed to "Nynth Hour" in late 2004 for more originality. We started playing shows everywhere. Our writing style has changed a bit over the years to a harder edge, with more "drop D" tuning and more captivating progressions. But we're still the same guys who just love to play music and rock out for their fans! In the later months of 2005, Noah Loveridge decided to Leave the band for personal reasons. In July of 2006, long time friend Matthew Robert was asked to join the band as Nynth Hour's new bassist.
Nynth Hour simply put is a band that has it all. Killer riffs, crushing percussion, and a HOT vocalist! Were a band that never quits. We play everywhere and anywhere in an unrelenting pursuit to make the grade and rock the masses! We take your levels, and raise them way past the bar of normality! In our two years of existence we have shared the stage with great bands such as Alien Ant Farm, 40 Cycle Hum, Ritual, All She Wrote, Atrium, Rue, and many more. We continue to move our scene outward to make way for Nynth Hour to take the world by storm!!! If you havent seen us live yet, then DO NOT MISS ANOTHER SHOW!!! Fame is nothing without you... our fans. We love you all!!!
Special shout outs go to the following: Jimbo, Annette, Matt, Woody, Kris, Mark, Chrissy, Sam, Becky, Justin, Patrick, Derek, Miranda, Jason, Dave, and Melissa for your continuous support and love!!!
