STEPHEN GRAYCE (pronounced "Grace") grew up in a small West Virginia town before relocating to Florida in 1984. After years in cover bands he decided to find his own voice, which it turns out is pretty eclectic. His music branches out with every release; on his CDs different styles live in harmony, from protest song to quiet folk, art-pop to blues and rock. On disc some of his songs feature a full band (all Stephen, actually); his live shows are solo acoustic, which can mean a different experience altogether. His third and latest studio release, "Lovers And Liars", hits all those bases and throws in bebop and funk just for the hell of it. He has performed both locally in the Orlando area and at Nashville's prestigious Bluebird Cafe and records both himself and others in his home studio. Stephen was chosen Solo Act of the Year for 2007 by Songwriters Showcases of America; he is presently recording his fourth CD, tentatively titled "Songs From Dark Rooms". He is also a photographer - his works can be seen at www.babaziba.com
