Gettin out and riding the Vic. Hangin with my friends whenever I can. Baseball, Hockey & Football. You can find me watchin the SF Giants play at AT&T Park, Section 142, Row 9, Seat 4 representing! How about those San Jose Sharks too, even though they got their ass's handed to them in the Playoffs... 2008 will be their year!!! Can't forget about the SF 49ers, the glory years are coming back to the bay! 49er Faithful 4 life! Some of my other ways to past the time are traveling, photography, playing sports; golf, baseball, softball, tennis, ping-pong, or whatever; listening to music, watching movies, and new experiences... I plan to own a sail boat someday and cruise around the world... Want to come along?

The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases devastate millions of people of all ages and kill more than 910,000 Americans each year.
To fight cardiovascular diseases, the association supports research, education and advocacy and helps heart disease and stroke patients. Research we've funded has led to such major advances as:
- CPR
- bypass surgery
- artifical heart valves
- pacemakers
- clot-busting drugs
- high blood pressure medication

Each year we train more than 9 million emergency medical services personnel, healthcare professionals and citizens in Emergency Cardiovascular Care. Millions of volunteers and supporters all across America help us help fight heart disease and stroke and make it possible for all people to live longer, better lives.

You're Making a Difference. Since 1924 the American Heart Association has helped protect people of all ages and ethnicities from the ravages of heart disease and stroke. These diseases, the Nation's No.1 and No.3 killers, claim more than 910,000 American lives a year. The association invested more than $474 million in fiscal year 2004-05 for research, professional and public education, and advocacy so people across America can live stronger, longer lives.
