We are a group comprised primarily of college students who pride themselves on staying on the cutting edge of fashion, music, and social issues. As such, often we are ahead of the curve when it comes to attracting the 18-24 year old demographic. In other words, WE STAY UP ON GAME!!!
The men and women of Get Right Ent. also realize that with our avant garde status comes the reponsibility of being role models and pillars of the community. In this vein, we've been heavily involved our local NAACP branch, with TWO of our members serving as President of the organization. Also in the realm of community development, we offered an alternative the party lifestyle by slowing it down a bit and successfully operating a weekly poetry lounge in the spring of 2005 right here in our hometown of Pasadena, CA because there's no place like home. We can lay claim to single handedly putting Pasadena firmly on the map as a place where it goes down by resurrecting the formerly defunct Kingston Cafe as a venue for memorable events. FYI: Nobody's Been Able to Duplicate Our Success There Since!!!
