About Me

Well about me eh? Well my name is Carly and I'm known to be a little bit nuts and very loud most of the time. I live with my husband Nick, we got married in June this year. I think we're like the perfect match because we're very different to each other, I'm outgoing and loud and he's sometimes very quiet until you get to know him. I'm very very bad with money (you should see how many shoes I have!) and he's good with money and tries to stop me from spending too much. But the main thing is I love him very very very much and couldn't imagine my life without him.I mentioned our house, it seems to be the place to be, we always have someone around for a drink, dinner, the occasional game of singstar, its usually all three. We like to have a lot of fun. These people who come round to our house are drunks (Lee thats you) and friends. We like our friends and drunks alot, we have a lot of fun with them. Some of these friends I have known for a long time, Lee, Chris, Liv and Kath. Some not so long but mean a lot to me like Jason, Susan and some I have aquired through Nick such as Trevor and Lindsay and their new baby squidge which is on the way.I have a little brother and sister who mean the world to me, we're all so different from each other. Mark has a wicked sense of humour and is so supportive to me. If you were to need anything he would give it to you. Sarah is this little fighter who isn't afraid of anything, I love her fire and her independence.I guess this is me . . .

My Interests

I like to party with my friends, whip their asses on singstar cos I'm the best. I like to dance to cheesy songs on the dancefloor especially to "Don't stop me now" by Queen. I like to read anything from trashy magazines to my old uni text books. I like to go to starbucks and have a hot chocolate with whipped cream with Nick. I love to go to the cinema and watching films at home.

I'm pretty easy going and I'll listen to just about anything, at the moment I'm listening to the Kaiser Chiefs in my car, but I've also been listening to a lot of Brit Pop, think I think I'm regressing back to how I was in the nineties. Have been listening to a lot of Pulp, Blur, Oasis those sorts. However when it comes to dancing on the dancefloor I'll dance to anything.

Sophies world is one of my all time favourite books, I read it for the first time when I was 14, it is one of the most intriging books I've ever read, Sleepers by Loerenzo Carcaterra and Dead Famous by Ben Elton.
