The ’smsd’ Manifesto:
1 - Choose at random up to 5 stations for zones 1 & 2 of the London Underground network.
2 - Film visuals on super 8mm camera & record sounds at these locations in one day.
3 - Using only drum samples & the recorded incidental sounds from that day, create an
audio track up to 5 mins long.(the use of guitars, turntables, keyboards etc is completely
prohibited)
4 - The super 8mm film footage will then be cut & edited to the music track.
Following a brief hiatus, visual-hybrid and screen3 are set to record tracks 4 & 5 in mArch 2007 to complete the smsd dvd ep. Moore details about that very soon.
