We are an authentic Gong Fu Wushu and Tai Chi Quan school located in two Bay Area locations. Our Shifu, Master Li Shu Dong, is a 20th generation decendant of the Chen Tai Chi family, the oldest known school of Tai Chi still active today. Among his various teachers, Master Li has also studied with all 4 Diamond Chen 19th generation GRANDMASTERS (the last surviving succescors to the ancient Chen lineage.) As a boy, Master Li studied with Grandmaster Bu Wing De, where he was taught as a son. In the early 90's Master Li was a top international San Shou contender as well as a Wushu and Taijiquan gold medalist. Amongst the various honors he has recieved, Master Li is recognized in China as a First Class Judge.

In 1997, Master Li immigrated to America under the "extraordinary ability" title and established his first Internation Kung Fu and Tai Chi academy in Santa Rosa. Today, master Li has two schools, The Santa Rosa branch and a flourishing academy in Cupertino.
