My Interests

Losing weight...

I'd like to meet:

People with like interests, just like everyone else.

Music:

I like all kinds of music, and when I say all kinds, I mean ALL kinds. On my iPod, you will find in random order, Bjork, Metallica, Tchaikovsky, Handel, The Beatles, Mos Def, Robert Johnson, Del, Tool, various symphonies, Wu-Tang Clan and a lot of others.

Movies:

All of the Die Hard films, 300, Transformers, Secondhand Lions, Old Boy, 28 Weeks later, Terminator. Anything with Clint Eastwood (besides that Madison County crapfest). Any SNL movies, Will Ferrel movies, Superbad and Documentaries. Yes, I like funny movies that are stupid as well as movies with a lot of explosions and things of that nature.

Television:

Everything on the History Channel, Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel, Discovery Times, National Geographic, Late Night with Conan, and Adult Swim.

Books:

Atlas Shrugged, The Metamorhposis by Franz Kafka, The Stranger, The Fountainhead, The Hot Zone, Demon in the Freezer, D.H. Lawrence, Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Instruction Manuals to stuff, Orson Scott Card, John Scalzi. Pretty much anything with words in it, even if it's in another language I'll give it my best shot.

Heroes:

My father the Iron Man and my Mother.

My Blog

Life changes.

As most of you know I just finished my 2+ year stint with Lowes.  It was a pretty good experience, though I must say that I am very excited about leaving as I just really cannot stand the retail ...
