In Vain & Vengeance

In Vain & Vengeance got started off in 2003 under the name 'Fallen from Grace'. It started out with Matt, Craig and Justin. We fucked around for a while without a bassist until we played our first show in 2005 at the Ridglea Theater. We recorded a 5 song demo in 2005 with Jim Wright of Avalon Multimedia. We didn't have a bassist so we asked our long time buddy Charlie, who filled in the first show, to join us. In early 2006 he officially joined the band. He was with us for some good shows like Battle of the bands at The Door and the Metalfest pre-party at the Ridglea Theater. Charlie played with us until the summer of 2006 when he decided to part ways with the band. We went on a 4 month 'high'-aitus until we re-emerged with Kevin on bass, playing his first show in January 07 at the Curtain Club in Dallas. We recorded a live cd that night and gave those away at Hellfest. Many things have changed for us since then. We have written some more songs and spent some time in the studio with Steve from Breaking Records. Some tracks from the completed CD are on this page, but if you would like a full copy of it you can contact us and we will do our best to get it to you. With a brand new CD and some new material we seemed ready to keep tearing it up, however Justin made the decision to serve his country and began boot camp in San Diego in June. The band took a break for a while. We needed time to find a new drummer and finally we came across Paul the skinsman. We have begun practicing with Paul and soon you can look for us at shows and bars near you.Layout made by
