My Life So Far ..... I graduated from Hamilton High School in Hamilton, Ohio in 1996. From 1996 to 2001 I attended college at Miami University. During my time there I worked various jobs in banking. I also met my wonderful husband Tommy Walsh during that time. When I finished my BA in Public Administration and Urban and Regional Planning I took a position with the Clark County, Ohio local government. Tommy and I were married on the beach in Cocoa Beach, Florida on July 5, 2002. In 2004 we moved within Ohio from Trenton to Springfield. Tommy took a position with Assurant, a large hazard Insurance firm. From 2004 to 2006 I attended Wright State University for my Masters of Public Administration.Now we live in Springfield, Ohio. Tommy is a Processor at Assurant and I am the Director of the local transportation planning organization. We have three dogs Brutus, Dixie and the new puppy - Scout. No kids…for now. We enjoy being active members of the Clark County Community. We are thankful for all of the friends that we have met here.We both have multiple interests. Tommy is a great cook and a talented percussionist. When Tommy’s not experimenting in the kitchen he is rocking out on one of his three drum kits. I volunteer my grant writing expertise to the local Habitat for Humanity. When I have some down time my mom and I enjoy shopping for more Vera Bradley purses or Fiesta dinnerware.
