Jon Horne & the Madonnas

About Me

Jon Horne is a manufactured pop idol for the second half of the first decade of the third millenium. Manufacturing began several years ago, and is rumoured to be on schedule, if somewhat over budget. The Madonnas are an optional addition to the model, like a genuine walnut dashboard, or big speakers in the back.

Mr Horne writes songs, fiction and travelogues under his own name, and occasional sports reports under the pseudonym Henry Jupp.

The songs on this page were created with the aid of Rexel HB pencils, and the backs of Rothmans Royals packets.

If anyone remembers The Chemists, Jonestown, or Urban Orchid, their former bass player says hello.

New song needs title.

The eagle-eared amongst you will have spotted a very primitive (verging on 'outsider') demo of a new song, which I've temporarily called Seconds out, because it's about a boxer, and the title The Boxe...
