I have strong social skills and and I am excellent at quickly establishing rapport. I enjoy talking to people and do so with enthusiasm and spontaneity. My fast, lively expression is both engaging and effective and I am a fluent speaker who expresses thoughts quickly, optimistically, and persuasively.
Communication
I employ a diplomatic tone in order to work productively with different types of people. I do not intend to intimidate others and in turn, I do not appreciate verbal intimidation.
I enjoy speaking and am able to put people at ease. I'm people-oriented and can easily relate with other points of view.
I'm a natural team player, ready to delegate authority, and I embrace training. I do not tend to micromanage - rather, I allow others to set their game plans, priorities and time frames and assist them in managing the tasks that will ultimatley lead to fulfilling their goals.
I function well when I'm allowed a lot of people-interaction. I would rather write about details then talk about them. I enjoy being the focus of attention.
Conscientiousness
I balance solid, goal-oriented achievement and a relaxed approach to life. I may fluctuate between periods of highly motivated, achievement-oriented activity and periods of more easy-going behavior. Alternatively, I may demonstrate a sustained, moderate level of effort toward my goals. While I may not demonstrate an intense desire for achievement for its own sake, I'm able to summon a sense of purposefulness and self-discipline when needed. The level of my positive motivation toward achievement may depend on the task or situation.
Motivation
Motivation Needs:
I tend to be motivated by a great deal of interaction with people, and by identifying with a prestigious organization with a good public image. I desire opportunities to make more money for myself, or to improve my status within the organization. I'm motivated by praise, public recognition, and by acceptance. I'm most productive when working as a team player, and when I'm liked by others.
I tend to be demotivated if my territory or opportunity is reduced in size, or if I'm not allowed a significant amount of people-interaction or teamwork. Insufficient recognition from management and/or peers can also affect my motivation. I can be demotivated by a perception of not being personally liked, and by not being invited to meetings with peers.

My responses indicate that my emotional intelligence is exceptionally well developed. I pursue my goals energetically, and I persevere until my goals are achieved. I strive continually for self-improvement, and I'm not discouraged by temporary setbacks or disappointments. My negotiation, persuasion, leadership, and conflict resolution skills are very well developed as well. I perform work conscientiously, and delay gratification while pursuing my goals. I display appropriate self-confidence and understand the emotional makeup of others.
