About Me

Nothing thrills me more than semiotics, hermeticism and word derivations. I'm a friend to all who read and love literature, no I take back the "all" part. I don't have friends, I'm avant-garde. That's not quite right either...friends are like cars, if you have more than one you're a prick and you're just showing off.

My Interests

ALCHEMICAL WOODCUTS and POETRY!

I'd like to meet:

Walking antiques, People with no friends who like to take long rides in the rain and talk about Death or Morrissey. I'd also like to meet Django in clouds of smoke.

Music:

Strings! Sea shanties and old timey folk songs proclaiming the birth and death of all revolutions!

Movies:

Federico Fellini and Ingmar Bergman. Documentaries. Other fiction films only if they don't have happy endings. I hate happy endings. Has anyone seen 'Fantastic Planet' the french cartoon?

Television:

No

Books:

Books are a superior form of human contact. Favorites: The Beats, Donald Barthelme, Homer, Jeanette Winterson, Antoine De Saint-Exupery, James Joyce, Ernest Hemingway, Vladimir Navokov, many... Books are better than people. Poetic selections: Gregory Corso, John Ashbery, John Keats (in the evning), Sylvia Plath, Shel Silverstein (with coffee), Allen Ginsberg, WCW, T.S. Eliot, Margaret Atwood, Arthur Rimbaud, oh, poetry is the thing... Reading right now: 'Ulysses' James Joyce, 'A Vision' W.B. Yeats, 'City Life' Donald Barthelme, 'The Tennis Court Oath' John Ashbery, 'Winnie Ille Pu' translated into Latin by Alexander Lenard, 'QPB Encyclopedia of Word and Phrase Orgins', short stories by Donald Barthelme.

Heroes:

A weary lament on familiar topics

November finds me in tightening coils. Nothing squeezing ye olde cerebellum harder than the thought that some people have to use topical lotions to treat curious fungi of various sorts on ankles or be...
