About Me

I am a graduate from Johnson and Wales University with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. I will be paying off my debt until I am like 35 years old which really sucks. My goal by 2009 is to move to Rose Island in the Bahamas to work at the new Ritz Carlton that is opening in 2009, it is a long shot but I believe that people don't think that I will get there and I am going to prove them wrong! When I set myself to do something I will do it and get it DONE! I love to go camping in the desert where I frequently dirt bike. I love to go boating at lakes around my hometown and at Lake Powell. I am an easy person to get along with and I am down to do anything adventurous if it is outdoors. Most of my friends would call me a mountain girl!!! In the winters I enjoy both skiing and snowboarding, I have done it all my life!

Dirtbike Riding, 4-wheeling, skiing, boating, hiking, fishing, camping, tennis, riding horses, volleyball, swimming and anything that has to do with the outdours!
