About Me


I am a veteran of this thing we call “house”. Nearing my 20th Platinum Anniversary!!! You could always find me as the very first and very last one on the dance floor since I got introduced to this hypnotic rhythm. It quickly turned into a passion/obsession that has stayed with me since the late 80’s. From the early clubs and underground parties like Twilight Zone, 23-Hop, Focus, The Surf, the White Room at Go-Go's, Phat Black Pussy Cat. I don't have enough room to mention all those irreplaceable underground warehouse parties, but also the early/3-day raves, house, beach and camping parties. I’ve seen and done so much in these past two decades that my regrets have been only a few since I know its this past that’s moulded me into who I am today.
Maybe it was the R&B, Motown or Disco that echoed throughout my house as a child or the Solid Gold Dancers and Dance Fever with Adrian Zmed that taught me how to walk my body. Either way, what house music does to me is inexplicable. The way it touches all of us in its own unique way, moving, gyrating, with sweet, sensual, baselines to touch and soothe the soul.
House music is my fountain of youth. Learning and relearning to move to its ever-evolving, ever-morphing sound. When house music touches your soul, it stays with you forever. Music is our saviour, healer, and confidant. It moves us, inspires us and paves our roads. If I have nothing more, I will always have my house. House music truly is the universal language spoken and understood by all… and this is fresh…
