I'll keep it short and sweet. My name is Derek. I could not go one day without music. I play drums all the time. It is my passion. Honesty is very important to me and I base all of my friendships off of it. I'm vegan. That doesn't mean I'm not gonna be your friend if you eat meat. I am extremely open minded. I have a general love for animals and nature. I am not religious, although I love to learn about how religion effects people and society. I am commonly mistaken for being drunk even though I don't drink. I don't smoke or do drugs either. I live my life for the future and I like to keep my body healthy. I am not a "scene kid", "hippie", or "straight edge", I am just Derek. I am severely addicted to peanut butter and apple juice. I really hate living in the south and I plan on moving up north as soon as possible. I would really like to meet more people who can think for themselves and people who care about things in life that actually matter. I have found my soulmate in life and I don't really care how cheesy that sounds. Lauren is the best thing that has ever happened to me and she makes my life so beautiful every single day.
