Heroes are a difficult thing to come by these days aren't they. During difficult moments in life I embrace Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Remember... beneath the heroic mask of our superhero lies a real man or woman with hearts that bleed and bodies that bruise.
