THINGS THAT MAKE MY HEART SING
Dancing from my soul .. Music .. Art of all kinds - paintings, photography, sculpture .. sunrises .. breathtaking sunsets .. a beautiful sunny day with clear blue skies and a warm, tickling breeze .. a thunderstorm .. rain falling lightly, as if it is blessing the earth .. dancing in the rain - naked is better! .. when a little baby looks at you and breaks into a big smile, as if they "know" you .. birds singing, especially at daybreak .. Oscar the osprey that hangs in the tall evergreen tree in my yard .. drawing pictures on my driveway in chalk with the neighbor kids .. dolphins .. drumming .. meaningful hugs .. being on the water at night with the moon shimmering .. laughing with best friends .. a great big bear hug .. kissing someone you love .. watching kids play at the beach .. I realize the things that make my heart sing are not really "things", they are moments with people and nature.
